General terms of use of the site, its general rules and legal responsibilities
It is recommended that the User Agreement containing the following terms, rules and legal responsibilities be read before using naveksport.1ticaret.com.
Please do not use the naveksport.com site if the specified conditions are not suitable for you. By using the Site and completing the form on which your personal information will be placed, you are deemed to have accepted the written conditions on these pages.

naveksport.com.tr is open to all its members. Services provided on the Site unless otherwise noted, are free.
In the following cases, the site management member may block the use of the site and reserve legal rights to the person or persons involved in the following initiatives:
1 a. Wrong, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, public morality rules containing inappropriate expressions and the Republic of Turkey to record information on the site contrary to law
1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content in whole or in part

The User is directly responsible for any damage caused to the user, such as user name, password, etc., which is assigned to the user or caused by sharing of usage rights with third parties or organizations (this information is used by people outside the user). Similarly, the User will not be able to use personal information such as an IP address, e-mail address or username belonging to another person in the Internet environment, nor can it access or use any other person's private information without permission. The user is deemed to have accepted all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise from a use in this way.

3.d In the event that the User finds that he / she does not comply with the obligations set forth in this Agreement or the general rules notified at naveksport.com.tr, the User's use of naveksport.1.ticaret.com may be prevented and / or closed by naveksport.com for a period of time or indefinitely.
3.e. The user may not engage in other activities to prevent other users or browsers from using naveksport.com, and can not force or lock down servers or databases with automatic programs. It can not be found in cheating attempts. It accepts the termination of membership and any legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
3.g. The User shall not delete or remove any copyrighted material, including copyrights, trademarks and all kinds of Intellectual Property Rights Acts, copied or copied from naveksport.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by user through naveksport.com. The user who has completed his / her membership will be denied access to the site. The person who has canceled the membership accepts that this process is not reversible.

7. Notification Addresses
