1) Why Should I Create an Account?

2) Can I Shop Without Creating an Account?
Yes. You can place an order on naveksport.com.tr without creating an account.
3) Should I Keep My Membership Information Up to Date?
Yes. Keeping your membership information accurate and up to date helps us inform you about new products, special offers and campaigns, provide personalized offers, and ensure that your orders are processed smoothly.
4) I Forgot My Password. What Should I Do?
If you have forgotten the password you used when registering on naveksport.com.tr, go to the “Member Login” section and click “Forgot My Password” to reset your password.
5) Do You Offer Cash on Delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a cash-on-delivery payment option.
6) Can I Pay by Bank Transfer or EFT?
Yes. You can pay for your order by credit card, bank transfer or EFT.
To make a payment by bank transfer/EFT, click “Continue” on your cart summary and select Bank Transfer/EFT as your payment method. Our bank account details will then be displayed on the payment page.
7) When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders consisting of products available in our inventory are generally handed over to the shipping company within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
8) How Can I Tell If a Product Is Out of Stock?
Products that are currently out of stock are marked with a red exclamation mark. When you move your mouse over this icon, you can view information about the estimated procurement time.
The estimated procurement time for out-of-stock products is generally 4-8 weeks.
For Special Order products that are also unavailable from international suppliers, the estimated procurement time is generally 8-12 weeks.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the manufacturer, distributor, international transportation and customs procedures.
9) Is It Safe to Shop on naveksport.com.tr? Do You Store My Credit Card Information?
Yes. Credit card information entered during payment on naveksport.com.tr is securely encrypted and transmitted directly to the relevant payment service provider or bank.
Your credit card information is not stored by Navek Sportif Ürünler ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.

Personal information provided during registration and shopping is protected and processed in accordance with applicable legislation and our privacy policies.
