The product is 70 cm in diameter and 80 cm in length. These dimensions provide ideal support for exercises targeting the waist, back, legs, and abdomen. The inside of the mat is filled with 28 DNS density firm foam.
This structure retains its shape for a long time, does not collapse even under intense pressure, and offers a stable surface.The 1100 denier PVC tarpaulin used as the outer covering has industrial durability levels.
